True Vibenation Release New Single ‘Radiate’ + Australian Tour In June

Fresh off stirring up dancefloors across the UK and Europe, including playing at the 02 Academy Brixton, and ahead of their own Australian tour True Vibenation release new single ‘Radiate’, taken from their upcoming EP and short film ‘I.D.’

The song accompanies part one of the film and features soulful, haunting vocals and tension-filled, minimal production building into the group’s signature afrobeats sound and bouncing bass.

The lyrics call up fire as a metaphor for connecting with people but also as a reminder that everything is temporary and will also die one day.

Conceived as both an EP and short film project in Western Sydney, since then True Vibenation have taken their genre bending Afro-Australian sound across the world, touring and playing festivals through Africa, the UK, Europe and Australia.

“We want people to give people the courage to be different. No matter who you are you have to be proud of yourself and who you are. This project is proudly afro-Australian and we want people to be proud to share their culture too. We’re on a mission to introduce the wider world to the sounds of modern Australia.”
