Revitalising the essence of UK R&B, Abel Miller has solidified his presence within the scene and is set to embark on his latest venture as he pays homage to the complexity, depth and passion that prevails from the RnB genre as he relinquishes his brand new project ‘Private Island.

Envision yourself on a private island, drenched with the warm rays of the sun and hearing the soft sounds of the waves hitting the shore. The EP radiates soulful sounds, refined by smooth vocals and Abel Miller’s aptitude in song-writing. A mastermind of mesmerising melodies and sultry sonics ‘Private Island’ unearths maturity and a new perspective of the singers talents that have grown from his previous experiences and releases.

A paradox of flavours, Abel begins the project with the release of ‘Ride For Me’.  A record that shows admiration for his leading lady, he constructs a spellbinding track dedicated to his dearest. As we move further in the EP what is evident is his vocal precision and his ability to deliver a radiant sound over non-linear RnB beats. The records dive in to a sound that not only encapsulate the heart of the genre but also have a unique, engaging and modern twist. Records such as ‘Keeper' highlights this further as it brings waves of melodic rap fused with an instrumental riddled with hypnotic loops.

Creating another dimension to his project, Abel Miller hasn’t spared on the features either as he enlists rapper J Spades and afrobeats artist Sona to grace the lineup. Laced with beautiful vocals and harmonies J Spades switches up ‘Falling’ providing a lyrically tough and cutting verse. Bringing the pace of the EP to a more chilled and easy pace, the Writers Block produced ‘Chasing Rain’ makes for a stripped back afro-fusion with the addition of Sona on the record. Sealing the EP off on a high ‘Birthday’ encapsulates the essence of the EP into one and provides an abundance of vibes.
